CONSIGNMENTS
There are only two methods of consigning your vehicle.
RESERVE:
You and GPK Auctions agree upon a reserve price for your vehicle. That means your vehicle cannot be sold for less than the agreed upon price without your consent. You may lower your reserve at the auction block if you so desire. If you do lower your reserve, it does not qualify your vehicle as a no-reserve car. It is merely a means of helping to sell the vehicle.
NO RESERVE:
Vehicles entered with no reserve pay NO consignment fee. You cannot change your status from a no reserve to a reserve vehicle once your contract is signed. All no reserve vehicles are listed as such in all advertising and brochures.

CONSIGNMENT COMMISSION

5% Commission (not to exceed $3,000 per vehicle)
CONSIGNMENT NUMBER:
Your vehicle is assigned a lot number according to a number of different considerations. Among these considerations are: quality of vehicle, desirability, reserve status, vehicle type.G. Potter King assigns all lot numbers and reserves the final determination. Remember, the earlier you consign your vehicle the longer it will be listed in the Auction Listings section of our website.
REMEMBER:
A) You must drive your vehicle across the block.
B) You must come to the settlement office after your car sells on the block.
C) ALL TITLES AND/OR REGISTRATIONS MUST BE IN THE SELLER'S NAME. Authorized agents must have a notorized Letter of Authorization/Power of Attorney. Licensed dealers are excluded. You will not be permitted to sell any vehicle without a Title or Registration. If you plan on transporting your vehicle across the Canadian border, CANADIAN CLEARANCE PAPERS MUST BE OBTAINED AT THE BORDER AND SUBMITTED WITH YOUR CONTRACT.
CONDITION OF SALE
All vehicles are offered "as is". We encourage you to carefully read the conditions as posted on each vehicle. The Auction House only expresses the terms and conditions of each vehicle as provided by the owner.
G. Potter King, Inc. is not an auctioneer, the Auction Team is hired by G. Potter King to conduct the auction. They are fully licensed as independent auctioneers. Neither G. Potter King nor the Auction Team warrants the authenticity of any vehicle other than that expressed by its owner.
Consignors are warned not to make any claims that are not true or do not represent the automobile as presented. Any misrepresentations of fact by the consignor will result in cancellation of sale.
