You must register with the Auction House (G. Potter King Inc.) if you are planning to bid on any automobile. To register as a bidder you must supply the Auction House with your plan to pay for your purchase.

A Buyer's Premium exists on all purchases regardless of the amount of the purchase. The 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the successful bid at the time of settlement.
The 5% buyer premium is the lowest in the country.

All vehicles are offered "as is". We encourage you to carefully read the conditions as posted on each vehicle. G. Potter King Inc., (the Auction House) does not offer any warranty and is not responsible for any condition of the automobile. The Auction House only expresses the terms and conditions of each vehicle as provided by the owner.

G. Potter King, Inc. is not an auctioneer, the Auction Team is hired by G. Potter King to conduct the auction. They are fully licensed as independent auctioneers. Neither G. Potter King or the Auction Team warrant the authenticity of any vehicle other than that expressed by its owner.

Consignors are warned not to make any claims that are not true or do not represent the automobile as presented. Any misrepresentations of fact by the consignor will result in cancellation of sale.

Consignments
There are only two methods of consigning your vehicle.
RESERVE:
You and the auction house agree upon a reserve price for your vehicle. That means your vehicle cannot be sold for less than the agreed price without your consent. You may drop your reserve at the auction block if you so desire. However, the dropping of the reserve price does not drop or eliminate the commission due upon sale of your vehicle. If you do drop your reserve, it does not qualify you as a no-reserve car. It is merely a means of helping to sell the vehicle.

Consignments - Continued
NO RESERVE:
Vehicles entered with no reserve pay a reduced consignment fee and a reduced commission. You cannot change your status from a no reserve to a reserve once your contract is signed. All no reserve vehicles are listed as such in all advertising and brochures and also are bold faced in the daily car listings.
CONSIGNMENT NUMBER:
Your vehicle is assigned a lot number according to a number of different considerations. Among these considerations are: quality of vehicle, desirability, reserve status, vehicle type.G. Potter King assigns all lot numbers and reserves the final determination. Please be aware, G. Potter King will make every attempt to keep competing vehicles at least 15 minutes apart on the auction block. You will never see two vehicles with the same make, model and year on a back-to-back basis. Remember, the earlier you consign your vehicle the more advertisements you will receive.
Vehicles not sold on the block must move to the "Post Sale Lot".
RE-SALE LOT:
After your car sells at the auction block, it moves to its original assigned space, where it can be picked up by the buyer.In the event it becomes a "No Sale", it moves into our "Re-sale Lot". Our representatives will then continue to market your vehicle to all potential buyers. Each year, 20 - 25 vehicles are sold in our lot.
REMEMBER:
A) You must drive your vehicle across the block.
B) You must come to the settlement office after your car sells on the block. If you would like to make arrangements for G. Potter King to run a book of settlements for you - you must do it prior to the Auction. We are more than willing to help as long as we know what you desire.
C) All titles must be in the sellers name. Authorized agents must have a notorized "Letter of Authorization". Licensed dealers are excluded. You will not be permitted to sell any vehicle without a Title, Registration or Build Sheet. Canadian clearance papers must be obtained at the border and submitted with your contract.
All sales are final. Please inspect each vehicle as completely as possible.
